All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss transfers to you once the item is delivered to the carrier.

Inspecting shipments while the driver is present;
Documenting visible damage directly on the delivery receipt;
Reporting damage within two business days;
Returning damaged items within 30 days.
Failure to follow these procedures may limit or void your ability to file a claim.
6. Returns & Refunds
All returns, refunds, and freight claims are governed by our Return, Refund & Freight Claim Policy, which includes:
Return request window: 15 days from delivery
Return shipping window: 10 days after receiving Return Authorization
Possible 20% restocking fee
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Refunds processed after inspection (may take 2–3 weeks)

Participation is voluntary and not required for purchase.
