Installation Requirements
The Summerset Quest Grill must be installed in a fully non-combustible island (cement board, steel studs, brick, etc.). Two 4" ventilation openings—one low and one high—are required for proper airflow.

Quest 30: 28.5" W × 19.75" D × 10.25" H
Quest 36: 34.5" W × 19.75" D × 10.25" H
Quest 42: 40.5" W × 19.75" D × 10.25" H

Clearances
Maintain 4" clearance from non-combustible walls.
Maintain 14" clearance from protected combustible walls (non-combustible barrier + spacing).
Maintain 16" clearance from combustible walls.
If a non-combustible backsplash is present, keep at least 4" of space behind the grill.

Overhead Requirements
Outdoor use only. Do not install in enclosed areas, garages, RVs, or boats. A minimum of 5 ft. clearance is required from countertop to overhead structure. If under a combustible overhang, an outdoor-rated exhaust hood is required, covering the cooking surface and providing at least 1,000 CFM airflow.

Combustible Islands
If installing into a combustible structure, a Summerset insulating jacket/grill liner is required.
